Disney Family is Forever Color Dare #113

I'm back with another Color My Heart color dare Design Team post. I love our new colors added to our color palette this year, Glacier and Canary are two of them. When I saw them all together I thought Disney, carnival, fair, etc so I looked through my photos and found these of Pooh and my family at Crystal Palace. Perfect! Next I went looking for paper. There wasn't really anything in the current papers that I liked but these retired papers matched perfectly.

I then decided to use last months Stamp of the Month. The cute little hearts made perfect embellishments and the two phrases were perfect for a title and sub title.

I hand stitched around the three blocks of patterned paper and the hearts for some added texture and to mimic the stitching on the printed banners. It gave a nice finishing touch to a simple, clean layout.

I hope you'll join us at Color My Heart and  create your own project using Cranberry, Canary, and Glacier or something similar.
